Mr Ognyan Minchev is Chair of the Board of Transparency International Bulgaria and associate professor on Theory of International Relations in Department “Theory of Politics” in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He is executive director of Institute of Regional and International Studies, specialized in research on problems of international relations in Southeast Europe. RoI
Mr Kalin Slavov is on position of Executive Director of Transparency International Bulgaria as of 2011 and he is assistant on tax and financial law in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Kalin Slavov graduated Law in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2000 and subsequently graduates master degrees in Business Administration (Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, 2004) and International and European Law (Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, a cooperation programme with universities in Nancy and Strasbourg, 2008)
His professional experience includes positions in the public sphere such as a member of the Legal Council to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria (2009 – 2011), Legal Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria (2005 – 2008), member of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund (2006 – 2009) and legal expert at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria (2002 – 2005). His main areas of professional interest include capacity building and sustainable development of public institutions, anti-corruption expertise and analysis. RoI >
Mr Petyo Slavov is a board member of Transparency International Bulgaria. He graduated with Master Degree of Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Works as a lawyer at Sofia City College and associate partner at law company “Manev and Slavov” Sofia.
In the period 2005-2014 participate as an external expert in various project of Transparency International Bulgaria. Mainly it works in the following areas of law: Law on protection of competition, public procurement, concessions, corporate law, energy and administrative law. RoI >
Mr Luca Stanchev graduated from the first class of Mechanical Electro Technical School in Plovdiv. He also has MA in Physics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He worked as a professor of physics in high school “Dimitar Blagoev” in Plovdiv, Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv and the University “Alzhe” in Algeria.
Author of official physics textbooks and collections of problems in physics. Participant in numerous conferences in Bulgaria and abroad. It has over 100 publications and reports.
Luca Stanchev actively develops public activities and is strongly committed to the Bulgarian historical memory both in Bulgaria and in Greece, Turkey, Macedonia, Albania. RoI >
