Transparency International – Bulgaria and Ministry of Economy and Industry of Republic of Bulgaria organizing a Sustainable Development and Business Integrity Forum on 15 of May at 10:30 AM, Sofia Balkan Hotel, Sredets Hall.
The forum will focus the implementation of business integrity based on international standards and good practices in the context of UN Sustainable Development Goals and the European regulatory framework for sustainable reporting.
We shall also pay particular attention to the recommendations and guidance of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development as well as Bulgaria’s progress in implementing the adopted national strategic framework in the process of joining the organization.
Opening remarks by Mr. Francoa Valerian Chair of the Board of Transparency International and Mr. Nikolay Pavlov Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry of Republic of Bulgaria.
Two discussion panels with national and international experts, representatives of the government, business, the civil sector, and the academia will encourage dialogue about business integrity in the context of ESG and the importance of new requirements and regulations for the sustainable investment and financial climate in Bulgaria.
