TI-Bulgaria has sent a written statement on a Draft Law for countering corruption and forfeiture of illegally acquired assets to the Ministry of Justice and will participate in the discussion on September 1 in the National Assembly. The opinion highlights shortcomings in the draft law and outlines the gaps in it that would trouble its application.
