This publication aims at presenting the experience of the pilot application of the Integrity Pact, based on an assessment of its application, and the accumulated expertise in this area in recent years, to outline a set of indicators for transparency and integrity in the management of public money spent through procurement. It aims at supporting the efforts of bodies, spending public resources, business and civil society organizations that endeavour to operate in accordance with leading standards in this area.
