The project completed in December 2004 aimed to research and analyze the possible effects from the processes of procedural reorganization of the activities and functions of the judicial system and the prevailing society perceptions.

An accomplished comparative analysis of the work of law courts, new policies and practices have already been incorporated into, with these of other courts, where that has not been reached yet, was prepared.

After making a research of the existing legislation a national conference aiming to mobilize judicial institutions representatives, experts, legal experts, civil society representatives, NGOs, media and business associations was held.

A database of public perceptions was created, and a set of concrete proposals for greater efficiency and speed in the context of reform and modernization of judicial system was prepared.
